The Smarter Web Company PLC has announced that since October 14, 2026, it has sold 1,076,000 Ordinary Shares and 25 Preferred Shares, generating aggregate gross proceeds of £592,679. The Ordinary Shares ATM Facility yielded £579,850 from the sale of 1,076,000 shares at an average price of £0.55, with 36,416,788 Ordinary Shares remaining unsold. The Preferred Shares ATM Facility generated £2,475 from the sale of 25 shares at £100 each, leaving 99,975 Preferred Shares unsold.

The Smarter Web Company announces that 1,076,000 Ordinary Shares and 25 Preferred Shares have been sold since 14 October 2026, being the date on which the Preferred Shares were admitted to listing and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under the Company's at-the-market facilities, being the "Ordinary Shares ATM Facility" (as announced on 24 December 2025) and the "Preferred Shares ATM Facility" (as described in the Company's prospectus published on 29 September 2026).
The aggregate gross proceeds from the sale of Ordinary Shares and Preferred Shares amount to £592,679.
