Average Purchase Price: £62,676 per Bitcoin

Amount Purchased: £5,202,111

Total Bitcoin Holdings: 2,830 Bitcoin

Net Average Purchase Price: £81,979 per Bitcoin

Gross Bitcoin Purchases: £240,747,000

Gross Bitcoin Sales: £8,745,918

Net Bitcoin Purchases: £232,001,082

The Company has achieved a Quarter-to-Date BTC Yield* of 1.98% on its treasury

Coinbase Strategic Credit Facility

The Company has applied some of the net proceeds from the recent fundraise of the preferred shares, announced on 12 October 2026, to reduce the outstanding amount under its strategic credit facility with Coinbase. Following the Bitcoin purchase, announced today, total drawings under the facility will decrease from approximately £17 million to approximately £16 million.

The Company continually reviews its capital allocation priorities and will continue to provide updates on any material drawdowns or repayments in future regulatory announcements. The loan remains secured against the Company’s existing Bitcoin holdings and is repayable without additional charges at the Company’s discretion.
