Result of AGM
One Health Group plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting. The company, which provides NHS-funded surgical procedures through patient choice referrals, reported that in the year to March 2026, it served nearly 19,000 new patients with over 50,000 consultations and more than 8,000 surgical procedures. The company engages 88 NHS Consultants and operates across 14 independent hospitals and 40 outreach clinics, generating revenue from 29 ICBs and local NHS trusts.
