Directorate change confirmation

One Health Group plc (AIM: OHGR), the independent provider of NHS-funded surgical procedures for patients referred from the NHS through ‘Patient Choice’, confirms that further to the 1 April 2026 announcement Shantanu Shahane has now retired from the role of Chief Medical Officer and stepped down from the Board, however, he will continue in clinical practice within One Health Group.

To ensure a seamless transition, Shantanu has worked closely with Prof Anil Hormis since his appointment in April 2026. Anil has played an integral part in One Health’s clinical governance arrangements, being actively involved in clinical oversight and quality assurance activities since joining the Group. This transition will ensure continuity of leadership and governance oversight as the Company continues to focus on delivering outstanding patient care. Prof Anil Hormis assumed the position of Medical Director from the 1 October 2026.
