One Health Group plc (AIM: OHGR), the independent provider of NHS-funded surgical procedures for patients referred from the NHS through 'Patient Choice', provides the following trading update for the year ended 31 March 2026 ("FY 26"), showing continued growth, ahead of market expectations.1

Surgical Hub progress
- As announced on 23 February, construction of the Company's first Surgical Hub in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, has commenced
- The project is on track to be delivered within the one-year construction period and in line with the previous cost estimate of £8m to £9m
- Further locations in underserved areas with high NHS demand continue to be explored for preliminary assessment of suitability for future surgical hubs
Outlook
The Board is confident in the Company's strategy to drive continued organic growth through increased patient referrals, a strong pipeline of new surgeons, and additional surgical capacity in existing and new independent sector hospitals. The Company continues to support the delivery of the challenging NHS waiting list reduction targets set by the Government.
The Company is expected to deliver growth at the revenue and underlying EBITDA levels for FY 26, ahead of market expectations1. Cash at 31 March 2026 was £11.1m (FY 25: £11.4m) with the Company remaining well-funded to deliver further organic growth and execute the carefully planned delivery of the Group's first surgical hub to accelerate growth and improve profitability.
1Management understands consensus market estimates for revenue and underlying EBITDA for FY 26 to be £29.4 million and £2.3 million respectively.
