One Health Group plc will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2026 on Monday, 6 July 2026, and will host an online investor presentation at 12:00pm BST on the same day. The company, which provides NHS-funded surgical procedures through 'Patient Choice', reported that in the year to March 2026, it cared for 18,931 new patients, conducted over 50,000 consultations, and performed more than 8,000 surgical procedures. Adam Binns, Chief Executive Officer, and Derek Bickerstaff, Chairman, will provide an overview of the Company's preliminary results via the Investor Meet Company platform at 12:00pm BST on Monday, 6 July 2026. The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 09:00 BST the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
