Result of AGM
FIH Group PLC announced the successful passing of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting. Resolution 1 passed with 6,410,433 votes for and 400 withheld. Resolution 2 passed with 6,410,833 votes for. Resolutions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 also passed. Specifically, Resolution 3 had 6,408,497 votes for and 2,336 against, while Resolution 11 saw 6,409,762 votes for and 671 against. The votes withheld for Resolutions 4 through 9 were each 703, and Resolution 10 had 6,405,270 votes for, 5,163 against, and 400 withheld.
