Completion of Sale and Leaseback
FIH Group PLC announced the completion of the sale and leaseback of its 100,000 sq ft warehousing facilities in Leyton. These facilities are utilized by Momart, FIH's art handling and storage business. The completion occurred under the terms previously outlined in the announcement made on August 28, 2025.
