Change of Name
Eden Research plc has officially changed its name to Eden BioSolutions plc, effective September 30, 2026, with trading under the new name commencing on October 1, 2026, under the TIDM EDEN. All other identifiers, including ISIN GB0001646941 and SEDOL 0164694, remain unchanged, and existing share certificates are still valid. The company, a leader in sustainable biopesticide and biocontrol technology, will launch a new corporate website in November 2026.

Eden Research plc (AIM: EDEN), a leader in sustainable biopesticide and biocontrol technology, announces that, further to the announcement made on 29 September 2026, the change of the Company's name to Eden BioSolutions plc has been registered at Companies House, taking effect from 30 September 2026.
Trading in the Company's ordinary shares under the new company name is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 1 October 2026.
The Company's TIDM (EDEN), ISIN (GB0001646941), SEDOL (0164694) and Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) (213800ZWTYTVQQSM3J85) remain unchanged. The Company's website and AIM Rule 26 disclosures will remain available at the existing website address pending the launch of a new corporate website, which is expected in November 2026. Further details will be announced in due course.
Shareholder documents of title will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates to be issued will bear the new name, Eden BioSolutions plc.
