Eden Research plc (AIM: EDEN), a leader in sustainable biopesticide and biocontrol technology, announces that Derek McAllan has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect due to ill health.
Derek has served as a non-Executive Director of the Company during a significant period for the Company as it gained material regulatory approvals and raised capital. During this time he guided the Audit Committee as its chair and was a vaulued member of the board. Rob Cridland will succeed Derek as interim Chair of the Audit Committee until a replacement is found.
The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Derek for his commitment and valued counsel throughout his tenure.
