Total Voting Rights and Block Listing Return
YouGov plc has announced its total voting rights and block listing return as of May 29, 2026, with 117,882,979 ordinary shares in issue, excluding 725,557 shares held by the YouGov Employee Benefit Trust. Shareholders should use 117,157,422 as the denominator for Disclosure and Transparency Rule notifications. The company also reported that under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan, the balance of unallotted securities decreased from 7,280 to 5,666 ordinary shares between December 1, 2025, and May 31, 2026, following the issuance of 1,614 shares.

As at 29 May 2026 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 117,882,979 ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary Shares"). No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
The above figure includes 725,557 Ordinary Shares that are held by the YouGov Employee Benefit Trust to satisfy awards under the Company's employee share schemes.
Therefore, shareholders may use the figure of 117,157,422 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Group under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
