Ultimate Products, the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, est.1760) and Beldray (est.1872), announces that on 23 January 2026, David Bloomfield, Supply Chain Director, and his wife, Susan Bloomfield, each effected a "Bed and ISA" transaction by selling 18,423 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from their personal dealing accounts and immediately repurchasing these shares into their ISAs, all at a price of 54.6 per share.
