EBT Share Purchase
Ultimate Products plc announced that on January 26, 2026, the Trustee of the Ultimate Products Employee Benefit Trust purchased 7,044 ordinary shares at 56.9 pence per share, costing a total of £4,007.76. Following this transaction, the Employee Benefit Trust now holds 2,934,014 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.4% of the company's issued share capital, which are held for the benefit of employees and to satisfy share incentive scheme awards.

Further to its announcement of 1 August 2025, Ultimate Products, the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, est.1760) and Beldray (est.1872), was notified that on 26th January 2026, JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited, in its capacity as trustee ("the Trustee") of the Ultimate Products Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), purchased 7,044 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 56.9 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, the EBT holds 2,934,014 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
