Admission to AIM
Ultimate Products plc has announced the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM, effective today, January 15, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. The company will have a total of 86,330,132 ordinary shares with voting rights in issue, which shareholders can use for disclosure calculations under FCA rules.

Ultimate Products, the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, est.1760) and Beldray (est.1872), is pleased to confirm that admission of its ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM will take place at 8.00 a.m. today ("Admission").
The total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company with effect from Admission is 86,330,132. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
