Notification follows Noked Capital Ltd's subscription for 31,501,800 new Ordinary Shares in the placing announced by the Company on 27 August 2026 at 70 pence per share. The Placing Shares were admitted to trading on AIM on 2 September 2026, on which date the Company's total issued ordinary share capital and total voting rights became 1,051,439,462 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each. Percentages are calculated on that total. Holdings are aggregated across Noked Opportunity LP, Noked Equity LP, Noked Long LP and Noked Bonds LP (see box 4).
