Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin, on 27 August 2026, announced a Proposed Capital Raising, including an Open Offer to raise gross proceeds of up to approximately US$20 million (c. £14.4 million) if fully taken up.
In respect of the Open Offer, a circular (the "Circular") containing full details (together with an Open Offer Application Form for Qualifying Shareholders who hold their Ordinary Shares in certificated form) is today being posted to Qualifying Shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies of shareholder documentation and has also been published on the Company's website:
