Director/PDMR Shareholding
Redcentric plc has announced transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and their connected persons following a Tender Offer and Share Capital Restructuring. Richard McGuire, a Non-Executive Director, reduced his holding to 40,425 shares, representing 0.04% of voting rights, and Alan Aubrey, also a Non-Executive Director, now holds 37,064 shares, also 0.04%. Kestrel Partners LLP, a connected person of Non-Executive Director Oliver Scott, reduced its holding to 20,581,380 shares, representing 19.97% of voting rights, while ND Capital Investments Limited, a connected person of Non-Executive Director John Radziwill, now holds 16,186,100 shares, representing 15.70% of voting rights. These transactions occurred on 24 July 2026 at a price of 160p per share on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market.

Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces the following transactions by certain persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") of the Company pursuant to the Tender Offer, further full details of which are set out in the circular published by the Company on 19 June 2026 (the "Circular") and the results of which were announced on 22 July 2026.
Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those set out in the Circular.
The following PDMRs and their persons closely associated (PCA) have participated in the Tender Offer and Share Capital Restructuring ("CR"), as follows:
