Completion of Disposal
Redcentric plc has successfully completed the disposal of Redcentric Data Centres Limited, receiving a final cash consideration of £124.90 million, which is higher than the initially estimated £122.85 million. The company received an initial payment of £115.4 million on April 30, 2026, and has now received the final balancing payment of £9.46 million from Stellanor Datacenters Group Limited.

Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of Redcentric Data Centres Limited to Stellanor Datacenters Group Limited (the ‘Disposal’).
On 1 May 2026, the Company announced that it expected an estimated total cash consideration of £122.85 million from the Disposal, of which £115.4 million was received on 30 April 2026 and the balance subject to customary post-completion adjustments.
With the completion statement agreed the final cash consideration for the Disposal was higher than estimated at £124.90 million and the Company has received the final balancing payment of £9.46 million from Stellanor.
