Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with strong shareholder support for most proposals, including Resolution 1 receiving 96.84% of votes for and Resolution 7 receiving 97.09% of votes for. While Resolution 9 saw the lowest approval at 91.82% for, the overall outcome indicates continued shareholder confidence in the company's direction.
