Appointment of Interim CFO
Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC announced the appointment of Graham Duncan as Interim Chief Financial Officer and a Director, effective September 1, 2026, replacing Daniel Maling who will transition to Non-Executive Director. Duncan brings over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets, including extensive CFO and Board-level roles. Notably, he has advised on significant transactions such as Allied Gold Corporation's US$267 million financing and HeiQ Plc's £60 million IPO. While Duncan has no shareholding in Pri0r1ty, his appointment follows a period of significant company activity including a listing in December 2024, an acquisition in July 2025, and a recent funding package in July 2026 aimed at accelerating growth and achieving cashflow positivity.

Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC (AIM: PR1, OTC: PRIAF), the AI focused business delivering growth solutions to SMEs, is pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Duncan to the Board of Directors and as Interim Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 September 2026. Mr Duncan is replacing Daniel Maling, who will transition from Chief Financial Officer to Non-Executive Director, remaining on the Company's Board, to focus on other responsibilities.
Mr Duncan is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) with over 25 years' experience in corporate finance, financial reporting and capital markets, including extensive CFO, Finance Director and Board-level experience. Since 2013, he has operated a consultancy business providing transactional support and financial reporting advice to growing private and public companies in the UK and internationally, including advising on new admissions to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
Mr Duncan is Non-Executive Chairman of RentGuarantor Holdings Plc (LSE: RGG), a Director of Chill Brands Plc (LSE: CHLL), Non-Executive Director of Quantum Helium Limited (AIM: QHE), and CFO (non-board) of Aterian Plc (LSE: ATN) and BSF Enterprise Plc (LSE: BSFA). He has previously held senior Board and CFO positions with other listed growth companies, and brings wide sector experience including in technology, retail and leisure, and professional services.
Prior to establishing his consultancy business in 2013, Mr Duncan was a Director in the Capital Markets division of Mazars LLP, advising growth companies on IPOs, fundraisings, acquisitions and strategic transactions. His transaction experience includes supporting Allied Gold Corporation's (AAUC: TOR) admission to the Toronto Stock Exchange and US$267 million financing in 2023, and HeiQ Plc's (HEIQ: LSE) £60 million London Stock Exchange IPO in 2020.
Mr Duncan holds a Corporate Finance Diploma issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
