Following a net settlement to cover tax liabilities, which involved withholding 62,101 shares, Vickerstaff received 70,029 ordinary shares. These net shares were subsequently sold on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 170.59 pence per share.

The Company announces that it has been notified that Kirsteen Vickerstaff (General Counsel & Company Secretary) of the Company, has exercised vested nil cost options granted under the On the Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan. The exercise was settled on a net settlement basis to satisfy the tax liabilities arising on exercise, with the resulting ordinary shares subsequently sold, as outlined below.
