On October 2, 2026, On the Beach Group PLC granted nil-cost options under its Long Term Incentive Plan to several Persons Disclosing Inside Information (PDMRs). The Chief Executive Officer, Shaun Morton, received awards for 258,956 shares, the Chief Financial Officer, Jon Wormald, received 194,256 shares, and the Chief Strategy Officer, Adam Hansen, received 140,749 shares. Other recipients include Kasia Michalska with 189,189 shares, Jennie Cronin with 115,990 shares, and Kirsteen Vickerstaff with 136,359 shares. Vesting is contingent on continued employment, with a discretionary underpin allowing the Remuneration Committee to reduce awards based on business performance.

The notifications below are made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 (3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended), and the dealings were in respect of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company (“Shares”).
On 2 October 2026, the Company granted awards over Shares (the “Awards”) under the On the Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan (“LTIP”). The Awards, made for nil consideration, are nil-cost options established in accordance with the LTIP rules.
Vesting of the Awards is subject to continued employment and the Awards are not subject to any formulaic performance conditions. In line with the Directors' Remuneration Policy, a discretionary underpin applies under which the Remuneration Committee may reduce the vesting outcome where it considers that the outcome is not a fair and accurate reflection of business performance.
