On the Beach Group plc has announced that as of 31 July 2026, its issued ordinary share capital consists of 143,941,777 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 1 pence. This means the total number of ordinary shares carrying voting rights is also 143,941,777. This figure will serve as the denominator for shareholders when calculating whether they need to notify the company of any changes to their interests in the ordinary share capital under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 143,941,777.
The number of 143,941,777 Ordinary Shares above may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the ordinary share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
