Ondo InsurTech Plc announced that its Directors have subscribed for a total of 5,316,104 New Ordinary Shares at a price of 3.00 pence per share, following the completion of a fundraising. This transaction increases the resultant holdings of the Directors, with Gregory Mark Wood CBE acquiring 1,999,049 shares to hold 4,533,701 shares, representing 1.8% of the enlarged share capital. The purchases were made on the London Stock Exchange on 10 July 2026.
