Share Incentive Plan Purchase
Ondo InsurTech Plc announced that 44,666 ordinary shares were purchased under its Share Incentive Plan on July 31, 2026. This plan includes the purchase of "Partnership Shares" at 9.0 pence per share, with a matching allocation of "Matching Shares" at no cost. Specifically, Chief Executive Officer Craig Foster acquired 1,667 Partnership Shares and received 1,667 Matching Shares, increasing his beneficial holding to 3,517,573 shares, representing 1.43% of the company. Chief Financial Officer Kevin Withington also acquired 1,667 Partnership Shares and received 1,667 Matching Shares, bringing his beneficial holding to 659,474 shares, or 0.27%.

Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading provider of claims prevention technology for home insurers, received notification on 31 July 2026 from Fiduchi Trustees Limited (UK) (the "SIP Trustee") in relation to the purchase of 44,666 Ondo ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") for the benefit of participants of the Ondo Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), which includes Craig Foster and Kevin Withington, both Directors of the Company, outlined below in accordance with the rules of the SIP (the "SIP Award").
Details of the number of Partnership Shares purchased by each of the Directors at a price of 9.0 pence per Ordinary Share, and the number of Matching Shares allocated by the SIP Trustee to the participants for no consideration, is set out against their names in the table below.
