Share Incentive Plan Purchase
Ondo InsurTech Plc announced that its Share Incentive Plan (SIP) purchased 57,410 ordinary shares at 7.0 pence per share on 26 June 2026. This includes 2,142 partnership shares purchased by CEO Craig Foster and CFO Kevin Withington, who also received an equal number of matching shares at no cost. Following these transactions, Craig Foster's beneficial holding increased to 2,525,600 shares, representing 1.69% of the company, while Kevin Withington's holding is now 373,672 shares, or 0.25%.

Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading provider of claims prevention technology for home insurers, received notification on 29 June 2026 from Fiduchi Trustees Limited (UK) (the "SIP Trustee") in relation to the purchase of 57,410 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") for the benefit of participants of the Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), which includes Craig Foster and Kevin Withington, both Directors of the Company, outlined below in accordance with the rules of the SIP (the "SIP Award").
Details of the number of Partnership Shares purchased by each of the Directors at a price of 7.0 pence per Ordinary Share, and the number of Matching Shares allocated by the SIP Trustee to the participants for no consideration, are set out against their names in the table below:
