Result of AGM
Dotdigital Group plc announced at its Annual General Meeting that all thirteen resolutions were passed, including the recommendation for a final dividend of 1.21 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2025, representing a 10% increase from the previous year. This dividend is scheduled to be paid on 30 January 2026 to shareholders on the register by 9 January 2026. The company also reported strong proxy vote results, with resolutions 1 through 9 receiving overwhelming support, while resolutions 10, 11, and 12 saw a notable number of votes against them, indicating potential areas of shareholder concern.

The Board is pleased to announce that all thirteen Resolutions were duly passed including Resolution nine relating to the Directors recommending a Final Dividend of 1.21 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2025, an uplift of 10% over last year regarding the Final Dividends. The dividend will be paid on 30 January 2026 to those shareholders on the register on 9 January 2026.
