The AGM date has been corrected to Thursday, 11 December 2025 from Thursday, 12 December 2025.

The annual report is also available on the Company's website (https://www.dotdigitalgroup.com/investor-relations).
The AGM will be held at 11:00 on Thursday, 11 December 2025 at the offices of Dotdigital, No1 London Bridge, London SE1 9BG.
