Result of AGM
CT Automotive Group plc announced that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting were passed, with strong support for ordinary resolutions including the Annual Report and Accounts, Director's remuneration report, and the reappointments of directors Raymond Bench, Geraint Davies, and Gary McGrath, as well as the appointment of Simon Phillips. Auditors MHA were also reappointed. While most resolutions saw near-unanimous approval, the special resolution for the authority to allot shares on a non-pre-emptive basis received 86.60% of votes in favour, and the amendment to articles of association to allow dividend declaration in any currency received 99.64% in favour. The total votes cast represented 65.34% of the issued share capital.
