The Company announces that Salman Mohammed, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from his role with immediate effect.

Anshul Gupta (Group Head of Finance) and Victoria Thomas (Group Financial Controller) will continue to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the Company and will report to the Board with the assistance of Geraint Davies, Senior Independent NED and Chair of Audit and Risk Committee.

The Board is pleased with the underlying performance of the business in FY25 and provisionally expects revenues for the year to be in line with market expectations with net debt of $7.7m as at 31 December 2025. The Board will release its detailed trading update in due course.
