CLS Holdings plc has announced that its Non-executive Director, Johannes Conradi FRICS, has been appointed to the Supervisory Boards of Branicks Group AG and its subsidiary VIB Vermögen AG, both listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. These appointments are effective from 1 September 2026 and 31 August 2026 respectively, with Mr. Conradi's role at Branicks Group AG pending a shareholder vote on 9 October 2026. This notification is made in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.
