He will remain an employee of the Company until 17 July 2026 and will work with the Board, Fredrik Widlund, his successor and the wider finance team to support an orderly transition of his responsibilities.

The Board remains confident in both our long-term strategy of owning and actively managing high-quality, well-located, multi-let office assets in Europe's three largest economies, and our near-term strategic priorities of reducing our vacancy, strengthening our balance sheet through active refinancing and disposals, and investing in our properties.

Lennart Sten, Chairman of CLS, commented:
"I would like to thank Harry for his contribution to CLS. The Board respects his decision to step down and his commitment to supporting an orderly transition."
"Patrick has worked closely with our last two CFOs and, having been with us since 2017, knows the business extremely well. CLS remains focused on executing its strategic priorities, strengthening the balance sheet and delivering long-term value for shareholders."
Harry Stokes, Chief Financial Officer of CLS, commented:
"I have enjoyed working with the incredibly talented team at CLS, but I have regretfully decided that the CFO role is not aligned to my long-term aspirations and as such I have chosen to leave to pursue other interests. I am grateful to Lennart, Fredrik, the Board and colleagues across CLS for their support, and I will work closely with the team to ensure a smooth transition."
