Admission of Further Securities to Trading
CLS Holdings plc announced the admission of 3,358,424 ordinary shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market on 22 May 2026. These shares were issued under the Company's Enhanced Scrip Dividend Alternative for the 2025 Final Dividend. Following this admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 442,136,204, which includes 40,667,038 shares held in treasury. The newly issued shares are fully fungible with existing ordinary shares.
