An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for 10,916 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("the shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and admitted to trading on the premium segment of the LSE's main market for listed securities. Admission is expected to take place on 23 July 2024.
The shares are being issued to satisfy the exercise of options pursuant to the BTG Deferred Bonus Plan. When issued, the shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued shares.
