Director/PDMR Shareholding
ATOME PLC announced that following the admission of Management Subscription Shares to trading on AIM today, participating Directors' enlarged shareholdings are now detailed, with Peter Levine holding 19,518,760 shares representing 26.04% of the enlarged issued share capital. Olivier Mussat now holds 3,281,054 shares (4.38%), Nikita Levine 565,944 shares (0.75%), James Spalding 1,117,242 shares (1.49%), Mary-Rose de Valladares 331,631 shares (0.44%), and Robert Sheffrin 221,154 shares (0.30%). These figures reflect purchases made at 60.0p per share outside of a trading venue on 30 April 2026.

As announced on 24 April 2026, certain Directors of the Company had agreed to subscribe for Management Subscription Shares at the Issue Price. Further to this announcement, following admission of the Management Subscription Shares to trading on AIM today, the participating Directors' interests are now as follows:
