Villeta Project Update
ATOME PLC has announced an extension of the longstop date for the funding of its US$650 million Villeta Project in Paraguay to Friday, April 24, 2026, with a further announcement expected this week. This project aims to develop a 260,000 tonnes-per-year low-carbon fertiliser plant.

Further to the announcement of 20 April 2026, the longstop date has now been extended to Friday 24 April 2026. A further announcement is expected to be made this week.
