ATOME PLC has extended the longstop date for finalising equity documentation and financial arrangements for its US$650 million, 260,000 tonnes-per-year low-carbon fertiliser plant in Villeta, Paraguay, to April 22, 2026. The company anticipates making a further announcement shortly regarding the funding of this significant project.

Further to the announcement of 10 April 2026, the longstop date has now been extended to Wednesday 22 April 2026 to enable the finalisation of the equity documentation and the financial arrangements relating to the Company.
