Acceler8 Ventures Plc announced its transition from SETSqx to SETS for trading its shares on the London Stock Exchange, effective October 23, 2026. This strategic move aims to enhance investor liquidity by providing access to the full SETS trading platform, incorporating traditional order book trades and market maker quotes. The company's Ordinary Shares will retain their existing ISIN, SEDOL, TIDM, and LEI codes.

Acceler8 Ventures Plc (LSE: AC8, "AC8" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the " Group") is pleased to announce that it will transition trading of the Company's shares on the main market for listed securities from the London Stock Exchange's SETSqx (Stock Exchange Electronic Trading Service: Quotes and Crosses) to SETS (Stock Exchange Trading Service), effective today (23 October 2026).
The move is intended to provide investors with access to the entire SETS trading platform, providing liquidity via traditional order book trades, as well as from two-way quotes from market makers.
There shall be no change to the Ordinary Shares' existing International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) JE00BNG2DL20, Stock Exchange Daily Official List (SEDOL) code BNG2DL2, Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic (TIDM) AC8 or Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) 2138004B1HKZP1OR2C72.
