The Company has received notification from MUFG Corporate Markets Trustees (UK) Limited, the Trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), that on 6 October 2026 the following Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities became beneficially interested in the number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the SIP as detailed below. "Dividend shares" were acquired through the reinvestment of dividends at a price of £4.3399 per share.
The table sets out the number of dividend shares acquired under the SIP through the reinvestment of dividends.
