The Company has received notification from MUFG Corporate Markets Trustees (UK) Limited, the Trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), that on 11 September 2026 the following Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities became beneficially interested in the number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the SIP as detailed below. "Partnership shares" were purchased at a price of £4.4956 per share.
