It is with deep sadness that the Board of Directors announces the passing away of Mr. Michael Mundashi, Chairman of Zambeef Products plc. He passed away during the course of the evening on 26 March 2024 due to an illness.
- Mundashi was appointed to the Zambeef Products plc Board as Independent Non-Executive Director in September 2019 and was subsequently appointed as Chairman in December 2019. His invaluable insights and experience will be sorely missed, and he will remain a lasting part of the Company's story.
We mourn with and pass our condolences to his family.
