Adalan Ventures plc (the "Company" or "Adalan") announces that Paul Auger has stepped down from the position of Non-Executive Director with immediate effect in order to pursue other interests and make way for a new directors as part of the upcoming RTO of Topos.

The board of directors and all stakeholders wishes to thank Paul for his six years of service guiding the Company through its progression to the cusp of completing a game changing acquisition.
