Total Voting Rights

As at 2 November 2026, Young & Co.'s issued share capital comprises 38,048,005 A ordinary shares, of which 37,796,378 A ordinary shares carry voting rights and 251,627 A ordinary shares are held in treasury (treasury shares carry no voting rights), together with 22,303,157 non‑voting ordinary shares. The Company states it has assumed settlement of shares purchased under its share buyback programme launched on 8 July 2026, and confirms that 37,796,378 may be used as the denominator for FCA disclosure notifications of changes in voting interests.
