Young’s, the premium operator of pubs and bedrooms in London and the South of England, is pleased to note the announcement by FTSE Russell, the global index provider, that the Company’s A ordinary shares are due to become a constituent of the FTSE 250 index as of 9 October 2026.
Simon Dodd, CEO of Young’s, commented:
“Joining the FTSE 250 is a significant milestone for Young’s and the latest step in a journey that has transformed the scale and quality of our business.
We have sharpened our focus on premium managed pubs, invested significantly in our existing estate, expanded through disciplined acquisitions and, earlier this year, moved from AIM to the Main Market. Throughout that period, we have remained focused on what has made Young’s successful for almost two centuries: outstanding pubs, in exceptional locations, run by brilliant people.
FTSE 250 inclusion is recognition of the progress we have made. It is also testament to the hard work of our teams and the continued support of our shareholders. We are excited by the opportunities still ahead of us and remain focused on delivering sustainable, long-term growth and creating value for all our stakeholders.”
