The US$10 million buyback started on 15 June 2026 and completed on 10 July 2026, with 1,363,976 shares bought at an average of 544.41 pence. The update of 27 Oct 2026 says the Board is evaluating further capital allocation options, including buybacks, to narrow the gap between share price and NAV. Any buyback must not harm the uranium spot market.
