Result of AGM
Naked Wines Plc announced that all resolutions presented at its 2026 Annual General Meeting were duly passed, with overwhelming support for ordinary and special resolutions. Key votes included the receipt of annual report and accounts with 99.99% in favour, the election and re-election of directors receiving at least 99.28% approval, and the re-appointment of KPMG as auditor with 99.96% of votes cast in favour. The directors' authority to allot shares and disapply pre-emption rights also passed with strong majorities of 99.70% and 99.88% respectively, while the company's authority to purchase its own shares received 98.59% support.

Naked Wines held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 3:00 p.m. today and announces that all of the resolutions set forth in its Notice of AGM were duly passed.
Voting was conducted by way of a poll on both the Ordinary Resolutions and Special Resolutions. The number of votes for and against each of the resolutions and the number of votes withheld were as follows:
