Naked Wines (AIM: WINE) announces today that Susan Hooper, Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee is stepping down from the Board of Directors effective today to focus on other priorities. Stephen Bolton, who has served as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee since 2022 will take over as Senior Independent Director, and Jan-Hendrik Mohr, who has served as Non-Executive Director since 2025, will chair the Remuneration Committee, both effective today. The Board has started the search process for an additional Independent Non-Executive Director.
