Total Voting Rights
Apertura Energy PLC, formerly RED CAPITAL PLC, announced on 30 June 2026 that its issued share capital comprises 17,500,000 Ordinary Shares with no shares held in Treasury. This results in a total of 17,500,000 voting rights, which shareholders should use as the denominator for calculating any required notifications under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In conformity with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company hereby announces that, as at 30 June 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 17,500,000 Ordinary Shares.
There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights of the Company is 17,500,000 and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
