Name Change, TIDM, Website & Mgmt Team Broadcast

The Company, a Main Market listed acquisition company, is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to Apertura Energy Plc, effective immediately. The decision to change the Company's name reflects the proposed revision of its acquisition and investment strategy, as previously announced on 27 April 2026.

The Company has notified the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new TIDM "VZLA" is expected to commence at 8:00 a.m. 1 June 2026.

There will be no change to the Company's ISIN (JE00BLB56J12), SEDOL (BLB56J1) or LEI (213800O4A398G6GL7270).

New Corporate Website

The Company's website address will change to www.apertura.energy with effect from 29 May 2026. The new website will serve as the primary hub for investor relations, corporate announcements, and information on Apertura's strategy in the Venezuelan energy sector.
