Ultimate Products, the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, est.1760) and Beldray (est.1872), is pleased to announce that both of the resolutions set out in the Notice of GM on 9 April 2024 were passed by the requisite majority at the Company's GM, held earlier today.
